Overview

Keeps records and accounts to insure food safety based on HACCP policies
Operates all foodservice machinery and equipment
Cleans kitchen equipment and prep areas
Ability to provide excellent customer service is a must
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
Advanced knowledge of food preparation and operation of food equipment

Ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on foodservice experience with high volume preparations. Must be able to read and execute recipes and follow production standards. standing for long periods of time and lifting 50 pounds may be required. All candidates will be subject to back ground checks and must have a high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent foodservice experience.

Salary will be based on experience. $11.50/hr. minimum
