The User Experience Specialist for the Learning design department will act as the final checkpoint for all courses prior to students enrolling and taking these classes online. This includes a final checklist and testing of all course-learning objects. The user experience team is also responsible for textbook updates, course fixes and requesting copyrights as they are identified, as well as consulting with developing faculty who may need assistance with their course. We are looking for a candidate with a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, solution-driven, service oriented, and analytical with a strong work ethic. This position does not have any direct reports and will report to the Sr. Project Manager.
