This includes the following: training for staff and faculty, support for the operations processes, hiring and termination decisions as well as adjunct class scheduling.
The Academic Advisor is primarily responsible for advising new students and advising students of their academic progress.
The General Maintenance Worker: will fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. This individual will paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems. In the event of an emergency he/she may be called to support necessary tasks in association with that emergency. The HVAC Technician will provide HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at the job site
The learning designer works collaboratively with faculty, learning development specialists, and quality assurance personnel to design and develop media rich teaching and learning environments that engage learners utilizing appropriate learning theories, strategies and appropriate technologies.
In addition, they will provide consulting and design services to faculty in the development of transformative eLearning content for online and blended learning environments including the design and development of online courses using an innovative pedagogical model. This position does not have any direct reports and reports to the Assistant Vice President of Learning Design.
This position is located in the Registrar’s Office. Candidates will provide complex clerical and administrative support in a variety of tasks assisting the assistant registrars for operations and coordinators in the administration of student records. Responsible for the preparation and entry of college credit from external institutions and sources.
Under the direction of the Center Director this position coordinates efforts in and around the Marietta, GA region to recruit, enroll, and advise new and returning students as well as maintaining a strong presence within the community and businesses to help grow enrollment.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for landscaping and maintaining assigned areas. Maintenance of the assigned areas includes keeping the grounds in clean and orderly condition. The Groundskeeper is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of grounds areas as well as specific detailing of the landscape and flowerbeds.
Provides supervision for grounds maintenance and landscape development services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the University. Implements business practices in order to uphold University mission and values.

Under the direction of the General Counsel, this position is responsible for providing professional legal and administrative support primarily to the General Counsel, but will also provide additional support to the Risk Management Analyst and the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Business Affairs. This position will provide various administrative support services for General Counsel, such as clerical duties, coordination of office activities, scheduling meetings, preparing legal documents, performing basic legal research, maintaining files, answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
This position requires the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment, easily handling multiple simultaneous requests. Work is performed under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Perform high level administrative support and duties for the Associate Vice President & General Counsel.
The Academic Designer/ Web Developer will help create compelling, web-based education experiences, help users take advantage of various software and cloud based systems, and design user experiences at both micro and macro levels inside the eLearning ecosystem. The Academic Designer/Web Developer will create effective experiences inside of “Lions SHARE” – the Saint Leo University learning platform, providing design consulting, UI/UX help, and connected experiences for all user levels. The Academic Designer/Web Developer will be responsible for developing system-wide content for delivery in the learning platform, and the work will span Saint Leo’s entire modality offerings; face-to-face, hybrid, fully online learning, etc. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Learning Design and has no direct reports.
